What payment do you take?
- I accept PayPal and Credit card payment
- Your order will be shipped after payment is clear. (In stock item will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Made to order item will be shipped in 4-5 weeks)
What shipping service will be used to ship my order?
- Your order will be shipped via USPS priority mail or FedEx home delivery. A tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped.
What to do if the item received is damaged?
- Please DO NOT throw away any packing materials and broken pieces. Contact seller immediately.
When will I receive my refund or replacement?
- If the item was broken in the mail, you can choose to either get a refund or replacement item. Please understand all refund or replacement piece will be made or sent after the insurance claim is closed. As the claim files online, there might be further steps needed to cooperate postal investigation, such as bringing the damaged item and packing to your local post office.
- An insurance claim can take 3-5 weeks, but in some case (lost package or international shipment) it may take 60 days or longer.
